Welcome to Positive Pathways PLLC! Our mission is to empower families and provide comprehensive Family Based Services to help them navigate life’s challenges. Led by Bev Mercer, our dedicated Founder, we take a team approach, collaborating with Families, Guardian ad Litems, Social Workers, and other Service Providers across various counties in Minnesota. Together, we assist families in developing future-focused plans to address their issues and create robust support systems.

With years of experience and expertise, Bev Mercer is a Qualified Court Neutral who has held various impactful roles in the field. As a Guardian ad Litem, Custody Evaluator, and Crisis Care Advocate, Bev has worked tirelessly to protect and advocate for families facing domestic violence, family issues, and other critical situations. Additionally, Bev has served as a Parenting Time Expeditor and Supervised Parenting Time Supervisor, ensuring the well-being of children in complex family dynamics.

 

Recognizing the importance of effective communication and conflict resolution, Bev has also excelled as a Mediator for Dispute Resolution in Domestic Abuse Issues and Family Law. Her skills in facilitating productive dialogue and finding amicable resolutions have helped families find common ground amidst challenging circumstances.

In addition to her diverse experience in the legal realm, Bev brings valuable expertise in organizational financial management and human resources administration. These skills enable Positive Pathways PLLC to operate efficiently and provide exceptional services to our clients.

With over two decades of experience, Positive Pathways PLLC possesses a wealth of expertise gained from delivering comprehensive Family Based Services to children and their families in diverse roles. Our professional strengths have been honed through hands-on experience in various capacities, enabling us to provide exceptional support.

In addition to our extensive experience in Family Based Services, we have a strong background in Organizational Financial and Business Management, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our services. Our proficiency in Human Resources allows us to build a talented team and create a nurturing work environment.

Furthermore, our team has a proven track record in Grant Writing, securing funding to support our mission of empowering families and improving their well-being. We have also contributed to the foster care system as Foster Parents, providing a nurturing and stable environment for children in need.

Recognizing the importance of crisis intervention and support, we have obtained additional training to offer Crisis Care services. This training equips us with the necessary skills and knowledge to assist individuals and families during challenging times. Additionally, our team members have undergone specialized training in Sexual Assault Advocacy, enabling us to provide sensitive and compassionate support to survivors of sexual assault.
